1) Who We Are 

Palm Street Development LLC (‘Palm Street,’ ‘we,’ ‘us,’ or ‘our’) provides life coaching and business consulting services through our website www.palmstreetdevelopment.com, by phone/video, and during in-office visits. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information about members, clients, prospective clients, website visitors, and others who interact with us. 

2) Scope & Applicability 

This Policy applies when you use our website, complete intake forms, scheduling, coaching sessions, memberships, workshops, events, marketing, billing, payments, customer support, and in-office visits including visitor logs and CCTV (with posted signage). It does not apply to third-party sites we do not control. 

3) Personal Information We Collect 

A. Information You Provide: Identity & Contact details, Account/Membership information, Intake & Coaching details, Business Consulting data, Marketing & Events data, Payments (processed by third parties), In-Office logs and CCTV, and Support communications.  B. Information Collected Automatically: Device/Usage information and Cookies/Tracking technologies.  C. Information from Third Parties: Payment processors, scheduling/video platforms, CRM/email platforms, referrals, and public sources.  Sensitive Information: You may share personal topics during coaching; we do not request medical data or PHI. 

4) Purposes of Use 

We use personal information to provide services, operate our site, communicate, manage billing, personalize services, conduct marketing (with options), ensure legal compliance, and support business operations. 

5) Legal Bases (EEA/UK) 

We rely on Contractual necessity, Legitimate interests, Consent, Legal obligations, and rare Vital interests. Special category data requires explicit consent. 

6) Disclosures 

We do not sell personal information. We disclose only to service providers, professional advisors, business transfer partners, legal/regulatory authorities, and with your direction.  Coaching confidentiality applies except where disclosure is legally required. 

7) Data Retention 

Client files and notes: 7 years. Contracts/tax: 7 years. Marketing records: until unsubscribed plus suppression period. CCTV: ~45 days unless needed longer. Anonymized data may be retained. 

8) Security 

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards including encryption, secure systems, and trained personnel, but no method is fully secure. 

9) Your Privacy Rights 

A. U.S./California (CCPA/CPRA): Rights to know, delete, correct, opt-out of sharing, limit sensitive PI use, and non-discrimination. Requests verified via {email} or {phone}.  B. EEA/UK: Rights include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdraw consent, and complain to authorities.  C. Canada: Access, correction, consent withdrawal, and marketing opt-out. 

10) Children’s Privacy 

Not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in EEA/UK). Contact us for deletion if a child’s data was provided. 

11) International Transfers 

We may transfer data to the U.S. and other countries using safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. 

12) Cookies, Analytics & Advertising 

A. Types: Essential, Analytics, Preferences, and Advertising cookies.  B. Choices: Manage via banner or browser settings; analytics opt-outs.  C. Do Not Track: Not honored due to industry limitations. 

13) Marketing Communications 

Email marketing is opt-out; SMS requires consent. Testimonials require consent. 

14) Payments 

Handled by third-party processors such as Stripe or Square; we do not store full card details. 

15) In-Office Practices 

Visitor logs, check-ins, CCTV (common areas only), and confidential coaching rooms. 

16) Third-Party Links 

External sites/tools have their own privacy practices. 

17) Automated Decision-Making 

We do not use automated decision-making with legal or significant effects; only minimal profiling for marketing. 

18) Coaching Notes & Assessments 

Protected via access controls, encrypted storage, limited sharing, and redacted copies upon request. 

19) Data Minimization 

Provide only necessary information; optional questions may be declined.
