What Is the Process to Join?

Complete online application and questionnaire.
Pay a nonrefundable application fee ($25.00).
Wait for approval email and or text.
Once notified to proceed to the next step.
Submit monthly membership payment ($185.00).
Receive contact from Membership Engagement Representative within 24 hours.

Exit/Withdrawal process!

Upon the member’s decision to exit the membership service for whatever reason, we ask the member to fill out an exit survey on our website: www.palmstreetdevelopment.com

and contact us: +1(888)-444-3795.

To make sure your membership closes smoothly, please complete our exit survey and have a quick conversation with a team member.
These steps help us understand your experience and support you better if you decide to return in the future.
If you’ve completed the exit process and are accidentally charged afterward, don’t worry—we’ll refund 100% of those charges right away (within merchant‑service limits).
If you exit the program without notifying us, we unfortunately won’t be able to process refunds for those charges.
If your account was charged and you exit within 3 business days of the first withdrawal, we can issue a refund once your survey and phone call are complete.
If more than 3 business days have passed since the first withdrawal and we weren’t notified, we’re unable to offer a refund.
