Established in 2025 in Metuchen, New Jersey, our organization was founded on the belief that anyone—regardless of background, starting point, or past experiences—can achieve meaningful success when equipped with the right plan and supported by purposeful, consistent action. Life Coach, Founder

Hakim Reed is a husband of 23 years, a father of three, and the founder of Palm Street Development. With nearly 18 years in the hospitality industry, he has built a career centered on service, leadership, and personal growth.

He earned his Business degree through studies at Middlesex County College and Rutgers Business School, along with certifications in Digital Marketing and Agile Project Management. As a life coach, Hakim combines academic knowledge with real‑world experience, believing that true guidance comes from both lived lessons and learned theory.

Driven by a commitment to underserved - communities, Hakim created Palm Street Development to help individuals and neighborhoods access the resources, support, and opportunities they need to grow and thrive.
